Having an interest in a STEM field can sometimes make you feel pigeonholed – like to be in engineering you have to wear blue-and-white check shirts. Or to be in science you have to have a white lab coat.

In actuality, STEM fields are as diverse as the people who work in them – and engineering is no exception.
