9. Submarine Training Analyst
Before crews leap into submersibles, they have to be trained, and there are companies that provide the simulation systems that do just that. They hire analysts who troubleshoot the programs, test them, and train officers. Your job: Play—er, work in a simulator 24/7.
Get hired: A computer science background that involves software development and testing will help you on the job. Also consider getting in a little IT customer service work, so you can get a feel for guiding others through technical processes.
