Once a part of Google, Sandberg is now the Cheif Operating Officer (COO) of Facebook, which means that she is responsible for creating profits through advertising structures while keeping Facebook users happy. Sandberg received her bachelor’s degree in economics and was the top graduating student in her program. She went on to earn her master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School with highest distinction.

Sandberg gave a TED Talk in 2010 titled “Why we have too few women leaders” which has been viewed over six million times. She cemented her business and leadership acumen with the publishing of her bestseller Lean In, which focuses on the intersection of feminism and business leadership and development. While the lessons of that book were occasionally controversial, her success and influence is unquestionable.
